The only thing I changed, after reading through the recipe was to cook the ground turkey on medium low until no longer pink, I did not brown it. I have a glass top stove, and cooking it on medium high would have dried the ground turkey. I did add extra minced garlic and used smoked paprika instead of regular paprika.
