I made this. Used “Italian seasoning mix” instead of oregano and basil. Also, after prepped, I tasted and decided to add a little more vinegar. I absolutely love this. Highly recommend. Used this on my homemade antipasta salad. Will make again.

Most wonderful Italian salad dressing ever! I have replaced it for any store bought dressing for my daily salads. I serve it at family meals too, which is a hit! I’m very impressed by the recipe! 💗

Excellent! Needed Italian Dressing fast, the nearest grocery store is over 30 minutes away (one direction). I DID have all these ingredients handy and everyone thought it tasted great!

I used what I had, fig and chili balsamic vinegar, garlic infused extra virgin olive oil, and the grated lemon peel and juice from my neighbor’s lemon tree. It is amazing! Taking it to a family dinner for the salad. I’m excited to try as a Marinade too! Thank you!.

Just wanted to let you know that I just made your Italian dressing and it came out totally awesome! I have been looking for a dressing with low sodium, did do a little less, but all in all, it worked great for me.

I am so glad I came across this recipe! I was craving a pasta salad for dinner and this dressing absolutely gave me the flavors that were lacking the last time I had made one. I was out of dried basil, so I had to sub 2tsp of italian seasoning for the basil and oregano. Used red wine vin and evoo. I cannot wait to use the rest of the dressing up tomorrow!

This was fabulous! I made it as a chicken marinade and it was the most flavorful Italian dressing marinade I’ve ever tasted! Will definitely be making this again.
