So easy and so delicious! This comes together easily and quickly. It was too hot out to turn on the oven, so I covered it and finished it on the stovetop on Medium. Still perfect!

Quick and Easy and absolutely delicious. Only let them marinade for 5 hours but came out so juicy, Ill give the overnight a try next time.

I was looking for this kind of Italian marinade-something different from soy-based. And also trying to duplicate a Grilled Tuscan Chicken recipe from a local store near me-Kimberton Whole Foods. Not Amazon Whole Foods. It was the closest but also the most convenient with all simple pantry products. Absolutely perfect and delicious on chicken. One thing I did to duplicate the recipe was to add about ~ a tablespoon concentrated tomato paste and whisk it in. PERFECT! And BTW also good as a tofu marinade. Thank you, MaryAnn N.

I made this. Used “Italian seasoning mix” instead of oregano and basil. Also, after prepped, I tasted and decided to add a little more vinegar. I absolutely love this. Highly recommend. Used this on my homemade antipasta salad. Will make again.
