In reply to Sarah. I would do it if you can keep the cutlets in a single layer. Otherwise the breading will stick quite a bit! And you may want to use a nonstick spray or a little oil under the chicken (again, because I'd be a little concerned about sticking).

I’ve made this recipe multiple times for my family. My kids love it!!! I’m wondering if you have any recommendations for if/how this could be cooked in the air fryer?

Loved it! Didn’t change a thing. Had no issues with the almond flour on the 3rd and 4th chicken cutlets. Made some corn bread to go with it and it was a great combination.
