I must admit I was skeptical at first. The ingredient list was so simple I thought this would be lacking flavor but I was very wrong. I used a pound of kielbasa from the butcher (sautéed it first), my onion of choice was red, I added mushrooms, and am eating it over rice as I type this and I knew from the first bite this is going into my monthly rotation! Thank you SO much for such an easy, delicious, and nutritious recipe!!
