Love this soup!! All my family loved it too! Having 4 kiddos ranging from 5-15, it can sometimes be hard to find good recipes. Christina nails EVERY recipe! There hasn’t been one that we haven’t LOVED!

This recipe was yummy! I added less salt. It really doesn’t need 1.5 tsp. I also reserved about 1/2 c of vegetable broth. At the very end I mixed it with 2 T of Arrowroot and added it to the soup to thicken the broth. I like a thicker soup. The flavor was amazing!
