I made these last night after seeing them on Brown Eyed Baker last week.

There is one minor typo towards the end of the recipe directions, you say to add the slurry to the chicken pieces and this is a steak dish. (step 6)

I have not been to your blog before, but am bookmarking it for the future.

I used moose steak, it turned out great. Served over mashed potatoes for a satisfying meal.

I am a newbie! Just made for two however used the full gravy recipe. Only difference is I added a half cup of Claret Wine. Wow! Love the recipe and thanks. Oh yes much more garlic. We all loved it!

This is one of the most flavorful gravys I’ve ever made. I paired this dish with the smashed & roasted Italian potatoes also from Christina – YUM!! Such a great comfort meal.

This was very easy to make and the sauce was a hit with my family! My son is a runner and needs to carb up before races – this was perfect meal for him over mashed potatoes!
