I left out the salt portion but it was so rich and warm.. just like spaghetti but with out the carbs . Definitely recommend to anyone who doesn’t eat gluten and dairy . 100% recommend .

I haven’t frozen this one so I couldn’t say for sure. If you do freeze I’d recommend leaving the tomato slices off the top probably and adding those right before you bake.
