Hi Kim! So happy you enjoy this recipe! Regarding how to thicken the sauce, the trick really is to make sure you’re getting a lot of bubbles and truly simmering it to get it to thicken. I’d suggest cranking up the heat to see if that resolves your issue.

I make this all the time, I just wish I could get the sauce more thick. Mine always comes out pure liquid. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I follow the recipe and it’s just never thick.

I have a STRONG dislike for chicken breasts (prefer thighs) but need the leaner cut for my macros counting. I could eat this anytime. So good!
