This was so good!! I have never made twice baked potatoes so it was definitely a labor of love but very worth it. I’m happy to have found a recipe that is dairy free.

Tasted amazing everyone loved it I used mayonnaise and Fredrick’s buffalo sauce instead of red hot and ranch and it was awesome! Highly recommend for dinner also with a side of corn! 👌🏼

These were so good! My only regret was not making more of them. haha We also made your ranch and it was great. It had been so long since i have had a twice baked potato. Going to have to add them to my rotation more often
