I think you could do that. You may just need to add a splash more of the liquid ingredients to stretch them further the second time if you’re noticing the sauce is reducing too quickly.

The sauce here doesn’t get super syrupy and thick (like it does with my Sticky Orange Balsamic Wings) but it does thicken/reduce some. I’d recommend just making sure you really let it get to boiling before lowering the temp. And when you lower it should still be visibly simmering. Hope that helps!

The meatballs seem to be lacking something. I made them with Ground Turkey and maybe that is why.
