This was a lot better than I thought it was gonna be!! I went looking for a recipe for stirfry, because I only had squash and zucchini. (and an onion and fresh ginger.). I’m done eating and I keep taking more bites out of the pan. Lol it’s that good!! Thank you!

It’s easy! But it tastes so good! I made sure to cut my beef across the grain into bite size pieces and it was really tender. Such great flavor that you don’t even notice that it’s good for you!
