It really resets your tastebuds so you’re not craving all that sugar anymore. Healthy snacks are FOR SURE an important part of being able to finish the whole month strong! Snack often and enjoy lots of potatoes (to fill you up)! It still did wonders for me – 9 lbs the first month and 21 in 3 months. Plus it completely eliminated by allergies and I was able to figure out that dairy was a problem for me. Good luck! I hope you love it!
