In reply to Jeremy. Yes, you can shake equal parts cornstarch/water and shake in a jar, then add to the skillet. If it doesn't thicken right away add a bit more.

Very flavorful and easy. My hubby and I like a little heat so I added some hot sauce. Think I will add mushrooms next time.
