I made this as part of my meal prep for the week and had it with my breakfast this morning and it is delicious! I have made other baked oatmeal recipes and they have all been good, but this is by far my favorite! I love the chunks of strawberries. I used frozen strawberries because I always have frozen berries stocked, just thawed them a little before adding them and it turned out perfect.

This recipe is so delicious and super easy to make! My husband is not usually a person that raves about food, so when he complimented how good it was and that we would have to make it again, I knew it was a winner!

I’ve never found a baked oatmeal that I like,, but this is so easy and very delicious. It’s like eating dessert for breakfast!
