As a picky salmon eater, I can say this is a great gateway salmon meal! So so tasty and so so easy. Perfect use of our basil plant pruning/harvest.

Idk why so many people are leaving five star reviews without having actually tried the recipe lol. Anyway I made it and it’s delicious, but that’s no surprise with so much (healthy) fat involved! – offset by the lemon & basil.
