Very good. Quick and easy. Made exactly as written and then threw in a couple handfuls of baby spinach at the end. Served with rice. Thank you for the recipe.

Great and very tasty recipe . The only ingredient I added extra which my husband said was a plus was a diced Yukon potato skin on. This will definitely be a new added meal !

I modified a bit. Added tons of spices, sun dried tomatoes and artichoke hearts. Put it on a bed of pasta and its a meal everyone loved
