I made this recipe on Sunday for my lunch meal prep. It marinated 2 hours 45 mins and I grilled the chicken. It’s fantastic. I love the flavor. And I appreciate you suggesting a 2 hr minimum. This is worth the effort in planning ahead. I add chicken to my salads for an easy lunch in the office. Thanks for keeping the great ideas coming. You are so fun and creative!
