So easy and so delicious! This comes together easily and quickly. It was too hot out to turn on the oven, so I covered it and finished it on the stovetop on Medium. Still perfect!

My cherry tomato plants have exploded this year. Even with giving away to friends, I have way too many. This recipe has lightened the over-abundance burden (somewhat), but has also provided great meals praised by family and guests. I have made twice with consistently good results. A real keeper.

This recipe was absolutely delicious. The sauce was the star along with the tomatoes. I would double the sauce next time I make this. As other’s have commented, it’s good enough for company! Just don’t overcook the chicken breast.

Absolutely delicious – tender, juicy chicken and the sauce it made was amazing. Great to dip with crusty bread after as well!
