Yuuuummmmm!! Another amazing recipe from Christina. It was super easy to just throw everything in the slow cooker. A great way to use up the spinach in my fridge too.

FINALLY a minestrone soup recipe that works, thank you! Thank you!
I doubled the recipe and brought half to my niece who has 9 month old, added pasta to her batch, and sausage and they loved it too, as well as their Princess! Wish I could post a picture because mine looked like yours, and that never happens when I try a recipe, LOL

The 1/4 tsp of red pepper flakes is the key!! So delicious!! Best Minestrone soup I have ever had!

WOW!!!!!! Just WOW! This is the best minestrone soup I’ve ever had! So much flavor!!!! A perfect flavor combination and veggie choices. I’ve added it to my recipe binder already!
