Delicious! I added only one cup of broth (as some suggested) and red instead of green bell pepper (it’s what I had available). Spices are perfect!

This chili is outstanding! And I’m from Texas where we know that chili should never have beans! This chili is quick and jam packed with flavor. I only deviated one tiny way. I used leftover shredded turkey breast from dinner the night before. Had to guess on amount. The turkey had been roasted, so I removed all the skin and fat to ensure there were no weird flavors. This was the best way I have ever found to use up leftover turkey! I will make this again with roasted turkey or ground!! Thank you for a great recipe.

Absolutely delicious! I’ve been craving a bean free chili for days. Today it was rainy and cold and I said that’s it, I’m making this. I didn’t have any tomato paste so I added a few spoonfuls of marinara, and it worked. I also added a few shakes of cayenne to make it a little spicer. Added some shredded Tillamook cheddar cheese on top and a dollop of sour cream. Even added some tortilla chips for a little crunch. So good! Thanks for the great recipe.

I’ve made this several times and it’s excellent, quick and easy to make. I add more chili powder as well as chopped sweet potato and celery, 2 TBS cocoa powder and at the end chopped mushrooms, spinach and red wine. I don’t bother with the chilis and instead add some cayenne pepper.

This recipie was great! I left out the diced chillie for my family that cant handle spice, and I replaced the turkey with beef, wich added a lot of good flavor from the fat. I definatly recomend this recipie

This was so good! I prefer ground turkey chili over ground beef so I was excited to run across this recipe. I also do not like beans and love spice so this was a match made in heaven. The only thing I changed was using 2 jalapenos over the chilis to add even more spice and I added a red bell pepper as well. Was delicious and very flavorful, I am freezing the leftovers to serve whenever I am in the mood.
