I made this this morning, browning the meat in my Instant Pot on the Sauté setting, adding the other ingredients, setting Pressure cook to 0 just to heat everything up, then leaving on Slow Cook. We came home from church to a delicious pot of soup ready to eat! It was a big hit with the family!

Needed a last minute dinner recipe that used ground beef and this was easy and delicious!! (I subbed sweet potatoes instead of regular because its what I had and it was still great!)

I love this soup. It’s so easy to make and has such great flavour. Very popular in our house and I make it quite often.
