Super easy & super tasty! Fantastic with tortilla chips or over tri-tip! I used tomatoes from the garden, 1/2 of a large red onion, rough chopped 1/2 bunch cilantro and 1&1/2 jalapeños. Squeezed the juice from a lime & a little salt…delicious!

I’ve been making this for years, but I add green peppers so the kids start to think it’s hot and as they get more adventurous I add more jalapeños.
The other ingredients I use are garlic & tomato juice just to stretch it out becuz you’re right it goes as soon as you set it out

Yum. I really focused on uniform sized cuts and my husband asked if I stopped at our local Mexican restaurant to pick up the Pico it really is that amazing (and that easy!!)
